5. SmartSIM Activation & Usage
All Zappyfi SmartSIMs are prepaid, pre-activated, and ready to use. No manual activation is required.
Zappyfi SmartSIMs provide data-only, multi-network connectivity and do not support voice calls or SMS services.
To start using your SmartSIM, simply insert it into a compatible device, ensure mobile data is enabled, APNs are set(if required) and connect. Your SmartSIM will automatically connect to the strongest available network(subject to availability).
Please ensure your account has an active data plan or sufficient balance before use.
