Shipping policy

At Zappyfi, we aim to make delivery simple, fast, and reliable. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered, including SmartSIMs, eSIMs, devices, and accessories.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 15:00 on a working day are processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 15:00, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next working day
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed

2. eSIM Delivery

If you select an eSIM at checkout:

  • Your eSIM QR code will be sent by email
  • Delivery typically takes 1–2 hours
  • Please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout

No physical shipping is required for eSIM orders.

3. Physical SmartSIM Delivery

If you select a physical SmartSIM:

  • Next-day UK delivery is available
  • Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail as our primary courier
  • EVRi may be used as a secondary courier where appropriate
  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and courier conditions

4. Portable Wi-Fi Devices & Accessories

For portable Wi-Fi devices, routers, and accessories:

  • UK delivery is typically next working day
  • Orders are shipped securely and ready to use
  • Dispatch is handled via Royal Mail, with EVRi used where required

5. Shipping Costs & Free Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout
  • Free UK delivery is available on orders of £20 or more
  • Orders below this value may incur a shipping charge, shown before payment

6. International Shipping

International shipping is enabled and availability may vary by product and destination.

  • Delivery options, costs, and estimated times will be shown at checkout
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

7. Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available:

  • You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details
  • Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after dispatch

If you placed your order while logged in to your MyZappyfi account, you can also view your order details and tracking information directly within your account dashboard, all in one place.

8. Delays & Delivery Issues

While we aim to meet all stated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or high demand.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll investigate promptly.

9. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout.

Zappyfi cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
